Our scope included comprehensive floor restoration, targeted loading-dock and driveway cleaning, high-pressure line-marking removal, and exterior wall and pathway refurbishment. Work was scheduled for low-traffic windows and coordinated with onsite operations to ensure minimal disruption to shift schedules and throughput.

Aramex’s 20,000 sqm warehouse contains a mix of surface types — unsealed and sealed concrete, asphalt ramps, and exterior paved pathways — each demanding different cleaning methods and specialised equipment to achieve consistent results. Continuous forklift, pallet truck, and vehicle movement generated deep-set tire marks, scuffs, and embedded rubber deposits across aisles and loading zones. Loading docks and entryways accumulated oil and grease from trucks and machinery, creating slip hazards and stubborn residues that required more than routine cleaning.
The exterior walls, sidewalks, and access paths have persistent dust and pollutant build-up that reduced curb appeal and increased long‑term maintenance needs. For heavy-duty areas we deployed industrial-grade high-torque scrubbers and calibrated pressure-washing rigs to remove embedded dirt, rubber, and scuffing without damaging the substrate.
